Handmade & One of a Kind:

All items are handmade, and each piece is unique. This means:

No two items are exactly alike.
Prices and production times may vary depending on the complexity and materials of each piece.
Some items are ready-to-ship, while others may take more time to create.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations:

All sales are final.
No returns or exchanges are accepted at this time.
As a one-person small business, I am unable to accommodate refunds or product swaps.

That said, your satisfaction matters to me! If there’s ever an issue with your order, don’t hesitate to reach out — I’ll always do my best to make it right.
